This practice takes place in a 25 by 25-yard area and focuses on developing players passing ability and communication skills.

Passing gates are set up all around the playing area and players are split into pairs with a ball between them.
The objective is for the pairs to play a successful pass through as many gates as possible in the time period.
Teams need to communicate effectively to let each other know which area they are moving towards, and they must focus to ensure their passing is accurate.
The competition ends on the coaches call with the pair scoring the highest points winning.
Key Coaching Points
Close-ball control when dribbling around the playing area.
High levels of communication between the pairs.
Progressions
Colour-code all the passing gates, coaches call out a colour and players must only pass through those colour gates.
