How it's set up

This technical practice takes place in a 25 by 20-yard area and focuses on developing players quick passing and movement. We setup this practice with 4 cones, 2 mannequins and 10 players starting as shown in the example image. We begin with a pass to the 1st central player who sets the ball for (10) who makes a crossover run with the 1st passer (9). The pass is then played to the second central player to set it for (9) who plays through diagonally to (5) who then restarts the sequence. Coaches must switch out the two central players after a set period.
