How it's set up

This technical practice focuses on developing players passing and movement to receive. We setup with cones and poles in a straight line, with one player starting on each of them. We have two working players (8 and 10). To begin, 10 will make a movement off the pole to receive on the angle. At the same time, 8 will move off their pole in the opposite direction to receive the central pass from 10. 8 will pass through to the end player, 6, who then restarts the sequence in the opposite direction. After a set period of time ( age and level dependant), switch out the two central players with the two outside players.
