How it's set up

This medium sided game takes place in a full half of a pitch and focuses on developing attackers ability to press high and win possession in the final third. We have a 7 v 7 outfield game, with a goal and GK on one end and two mini goals on the other. The ball begins with GK who triggers play with a short goal kick. The attacking team must work as a unit to create pressing traps in various scenarios outlined throughout the practice video. If the attackers win possession, they must combine quickly to finish, If the defenders break the press they can finish in either of the two mini goals. The ball will restart with the GK and on the coaches call.
