How it's set up
This finishing practice helps embed the basic movements between players in a 4-4-2 diamond formation and focuses on the execution of the combination play. In this 35x 25 yard area, player 8 plays the ball through to player 9 who peels off the mannequin to play a one-two combination with player 10 who plays a through ball for player 9 to go 1 v1 with the goalkeeper and finish. Each player follows onto the next station for the practice to start again with player 4.
