How it's set up

Set up in a 50 by30-yard area, this practice includes a triangle of cones at the base, where the player operates. The coach is positioned centrally at the bottom of the area, with two mini goals placed on either side to emulate wide players. In the initial phase, the focus is on passing, receiving, and switching play with control with the sequence as shown in the session image. Players will repeat the sequence from the other side, alternating after each switch. Players can work for a set amount of time or until all the balls are used before resting.
