How it's set up

This technical passing practice focuses on a central players ability to turn out and switch the play. In this 10 x 10 yard playing area, the ball starts with player 5 who passes it to the central player, in this example player 8, who takes a touch and turns with the ball. After passing the ball centrally player 5 will run through and wait to receive the pass. Player 8 passes the ball to player 4 who in turn passes it to the on running player 5. Player 5 then bounces the ball back to player 4 to end the sequence.
