How it's set up

This engaging warm up game helps players develop speed, agility, and quick decision-making in a fun and dynamic setting. We set up in a 10 by 10-yard square, with players positioned at each corner and one defender in the centre. Players can move along the edges but cannot cross through the square. The objective is for players to swap positions with an adjacent player without the defender reaching the base first. If the defender reaches a base before a player does, that player becomes the new defender. The game continues with constant movement as players attempt to switch positions while avoiding the defender.
