How it's set up

This technical passing practice takes place in 15 by 15-yard area and focuses on players short combinations and sharp movements to receive. We have 10 players in this practice with one player starting on each station and two players starting on the two outside mannequins. We begin with the first pass played down the line followed by a 1-2 combination around the mannequin. The next pass is played to the player moving off the pole to receive (Player 2), they turn and play across to the player on the diagonal mannequin (Player 7). A second player moves off a pole to receive the bounce pass and play a 1-2 combination before the sequence is then repeated from the opposite side. Players must follow their pass to the next station.
