How it's set up

This fun warm up/activation practice takes place in a 15 by 20-yard area and develops the social aspect of the game combined with dribbling & awareness. We split players into two teams, with one starting as the cone throwers and the others starting as the dribblers. One player dribbles at a time, with the objective to avoid the cones being thrown and finish in the mini goal. If the player is hit with a cone, they are out and must exit the playing area for the next player to start their run. After all 6 players have gone, the teams switch roles. The team with the most goals scored is the winner. The winning team can choose a fun physical forfeit for the losing team to perform.
