How it's set up

This small sided game takes place in a 30 by 40-yard area divided into three zone and focuses on developing build up play. The objective in zone one is to create opportunities to receive in space, with a back three up against a front two press. When a player receives the ball in space, they can step into the middle zone, creating a 4 v 3 overload. From there, players can combine to create opportunities and work towards a shot on goal.If the defenders win possession in any zone, they can counter-attack and finish in either of the two mini-goals.
