How it's set up

This ball mastery practice is focused on developing players movement and control when running with the ball. The objective of this practice is for the attacking players (Yellow) to successfully dribble their ball into the opposite third of the playing area without the defender (Red) winning the ball in the middle third and finishing in one of the goals. The players who successfully dribble their ball into the opposite third get a “goal”.
