How it's set up

This practice aligns with the principles of a 433 formation and takes place in a 45 by 30-yard rondo area divided into two sections. Each side operates in a 5 v 4+3 build-up shape, where the objective is to complete 10 consecutive passes before utilising one of the wide floaters to switch the ball to the opposite section. If defenders regain possession, they must quickly combine to find an outside floater to earn a point. Coaches should rotate defenders and attackers, keeping track of scores to foster a competitive environment, awarding points for successful switches as well as regains followed by floater connections.
