How it's set up
This technical practice takes place in a 15 by 20-yard area and focuses on developing players ball mastery and dribbling technique. We have two areas in this practice, a larger square and a smaller square. One player starts with a ball on the outside of the larger square and another players starts with a ball on the outside of smaller square. On the coaches whistle, the two players will dribble around their area until a second whistle triggers the two players to switch their roles and dribble around the opposite areas. On the third whistle, the two players will drop out and switch with two waiting players who continue the next sequence
