How it's set up
Set up a 20 by 30-yard area with the blue team focusing on attacking and the red team defending. The pitch is divided into three 10-yard zones. The first zone features a 3 v 1 overload, with the goalkeeper and two centre-backs playing against a lone striker. The middle zone consists of a 1 v 1 battle between midfielders, while the final zone is a 2 v 1 in favour of the defenders. Players must remain in their designated zones until one of the centre-backs successfully steps into midfield. Once this occurs, the opposition striker must stay in their zone, while the attacking team gains a 2 v 1 advantage in the middle zone. Additionally, once the ball enters the final zone, the attacking midfielder is permitted to join the attack, creating a 2 v 2 attack in the final zone.
