How it's set up

This simple technical practice focuses on developing players passing and moving within a triangle setup. We setup two squares using cones (alter size based on age group), with 3 possession players starting on the cones and one player starting as the defender in the centre. The objective is for the team to keep possession on two touch (alter based on age group), moving between the cones to creating supporting angles for teammates. If the defender wins the ball, they switch out with the player who lost possession. After a set period, allow players a recovery period before re-starting the exercise.
