How it's set up

Merry Christmas - 2024! This practice is set up in a 30 by 35-yard area and takes place in the shape of a Christmas tree. We setup cones in the tree shape as shown in the session image. Players will position themselves on the side and central cones with either team on the sides of the tree. They must pass and follow from the bottom of the tree upwards, focusing on technique, weight of pass, and first touch. Once players reach the top of the tree, they must race around the cone and back down to the bottom. After completing the desired number of repetitions, the fastest team is crowned the sled race winner!
