How it's set up

This passing practice is based on quick combination play and sharp turns when receiving the ball. This practice has three stations ( two on the outsides and one central) with four players involved in the passing combination. In this example, player 2 will pass the ball to player 4 who will perform a quick turn after receiving the ball. Player 4 will then pass the ball to player 7 who will play a one-two with them, travel with the ball then play a one-two with player 11, who after receiving the ball back will re-start the combination. Each player follows their passes to the next station.
