How it's set up

This fun SAQ warm up practice is set up a in a 25 by 20-yard area and is designed to develop teamwork, quick decision-making, and spatial awareness. Players work in groups of four, holding hands in a circle, with one player tucking a bib into their shorts as the target. A designated defender starts outside the circle and, on the coach’s signal, tries to grab the bib. The group must work together to rotate, block, and shield the target, keeping the defender on the opposite side for as long as possible. When the defenders grab the bib, they switch out with a player who becomes the new defender for the next round.
