What changed for your team
Copy the link
Tap the three dots on any session, fixture, Engine Room video, practice or session plan, then Copy link. Paste it into Messages, WhatsApp or anywhere else. Only people with access can open it.
Share with…
Right under Copy link, tap Share with…, pick your coaches, add a quick note (“For Saturday”, “Feedback please” or your own) and hit Send.
Each coach, their own message
Pick several coaches and each one gets the link in their own message, not a group chat. They’ll find it in Messages.
The whole staff, one post
Choose All coaches and it goes up as one post in the Club Lounge for every coach to see.
It sends a link, not access
Sharing never gives anyone access they don’t already have. Share with… appears for anyone who can use Messages.
